Overview
The modernized Hawkey is based upon the reliable mechanism of the original AK-47/RK-62 rifles first developed in the late 1940’s. Drawing inspiration from the legendary Russian AK-47 and the Finnish Valmet RK 62, the Hawkeye has been continuously improved over the last several decades, resulting in today’s extremely reliable and highly accurate Hawkeye.
